Private Yoga Classes
Iyengar
Focuses on alignment in poses. Excellent for beginners, people with chronic pain or injury, or people who want to focus on flexibility.

Prenatal
Focuses on relaxation, strength, and breathing for birth.

Restorative
Focuses on deep relaxation for overall health and wellness. Poses are held for long periods of time with the support of props so that you gain the benefits of the pose without tremendous effort. Ideal for all people with any issues, and specifically for people healing from or managing illness.

Siva Soorya
Focuses on breath retention, mantras, mudras (hand gestures), and pranayama (breathing exercises) while in traditional yoga poses. Ideal for people who want to take their yoga practice to a deeper level.

Partner Yoga
During a session with your partner, you’ll practice poses on your own and poses that require the support of your partner. The practice will be infused with love, intimacy, and connection. This class will be taught in your home.

Yoga for Anxiety and Depression
You’ll practice poses that will calm you during acute anxiety attacks, and a practice that will help you on a daily basis to manage your varying moods. You’ll also learn several breathing techniques that will change your life!

All classes are one hour and fifteen minutes.

Prices:
$100 for classes taught in Rachel’s home on Miller Avenue in Mill Valley. Sliding scale available.
Sessions can be done in your home for an additional $35-$75, depending on where you live.
