Siva Soorya Yoga - Focus on breath retention, mantras, mudras (hand gestures), and pranayama (breathing exercises) while in traditional yoga poses. All levels welcome.
Day-pass price for non-members is $20.

Yoga is one of the best ways to manage both long-term mood difficulties and acute bouts of anxiety and depression. Most of us feed our depressive or anxious feelings by trying to get rid of them. However, if you are aware of your emotions and WANT to be free from suffering, yoga can help you accept yourself and surrender to what is.
